SOLD – 1941 Brodie
An original Brodie helmet in good condition for its age The exterior has at some stage been painted black - my suspicion is it was originally olive green as that is the colour of the interior - it is possible that it was re-purposed for Civil Defence from the Army - possibly by the Fire Brigade who as a rule preferred the regulation Brodie to the alternative Zuckerman Helmet. The liner is complete and clean (though dusty) and there is a strap attached There are some indistinct markings by the strap attachment - normally the date of manufacture and makers' name but this cannot be read - there are also someones initials scratched into the paintwork of the underside of the brim.
SOLD – Oars
A pair of old Estuary Brand wooden oars with leather collars in generally good condition. These vintage oars are pre-owned and have been used - there is definite age as the collars are made of leather and not plastic - so are most likely to date to the 1950's or 1960's rather than later. Both oars carry the original Estuary Brand logo on the blade.

SOLD – Bedfordflex
The Bedfordflex is a plastic pseudo TLR for 127 film made in Hong Kong in the late 1950's and early 1960's. There is a "No. 152" on the bottom which suggests it may have come from the same Great Wall Plastics Co. as the Diana. The Plasicion lens brand is also seen on some examples of the Diana De Luxe.
SOLD – Super Soccer
Pre-owned and play-worn magnetic table football game - a forerunner to Subbuteo All the parts and players are present and in generally good condition considering their age and how loved this game was.One of the under-table magnetic stick guides is reinforced with tape - but feels sturdy - The ball is missing but could be substituted easily. The box is worn in places and reinforced at the corners by tape. This is by no means a disaster and the pitch is in great condition and would look great hanging on the wall - the players are very decorative too.
